making and eating food

Do not take ZOLPIDEM or AMBIEN CR if you:

- Do not drive, operate heavy machinery, or do other dangerous activities until you know how ZOLPIDEM and AMBIEN CR affect you.

Talk to your healthcare provider about slowly stopping ZOLPIDEM and AMBIEN CR to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

Take the tablets whole. Do not break, crush, dissolve or chew tablets before swallowing.
